For me it’s a tie between:

• Jake Delhomme ripping a hole in his pants against the Falcons in 2005 (ESPN had a good laugh about having to show partial nudity for the first time ever on their program about that one at the time).
• Both of the Grammatica brothers injuring themselves while celebrating meaningless FGs (which prompted Dennis Miller to hilariously say on a MNF broadcast back then “These guys have got to stop celebrating 25-yd FGs like it’s VJ Day.”)
