3 body problems makes the same mistake as for all mankind. it focus way to much on all this women drama instead of the interesting stuff. it is so fucking tiresome. why does every freaking high budget show has to be made with women drama in mind? who fucking cares about relationships when humanity is at stake !
instead of focusing on all the women drama, you could show us what the Americans are doing or Chinese, Russians. different approaches on the problem, then the politics in play, will the governments of different countries play ball together etc, or does still every country make plays for themselves to try to rule over all. or try to make deals with the aliens themselves etc.
so the core of the story is incredible interesting. the lab stuff, the physics. the explanation of the 3 body problems. the VR tech. the concept of how aliens could think of us. but all the woman drama is way to much. why do we need a 2 and half episode about someone who has cancer and loves someone. most of the population has already dealt with someone who has a terrible decease in real life. so just give it 15 minutes and continue the story!
so hopefully if a season 2 happens. stop focusing on the women drama and keep focus on what makes the story so interesting!
