Employer: I'm willing to train people for free at a college equivalent level and/or hire people and train them on the job to fill in any gaps in knowledge they may have.
Applicant: I do not have a degree in a specific requested field but have access to professionals and materials I have studied and would like to work this job.
Customer: I am willing to buy from a company that does not require a degree or license for this specific job.
Government: NOOOOOOOOOOO you can't start this kind of business without a degree nor hire employees for it who don't have a degree nor start up schooling without our approval!
