Alcohol deaths are more prevalent than deaths caused by firearms

The gun violence archive states that there where 39,221 deaths from Wilful, malicious ,accidental and suicides with involve a firearm in 2018.

Yet the CDC claims that excessive alcohol causes over 95,000 deaths each year
