Kind of a random topic, but there are often laws banning public nudity. Presumably even nudity that can be seen in public, but which takes place on private property (say someone is showering or sunbathing in the nude outside).
How would this issue be dealt with in ancapistan or under a "free" government?

Since I became Catholic I have become more aware of the absolute necessity for modesty.
That being said, I really feel for nursing mothers. We live in an active and mobile world that doesn't allow for being at home to nurse.
I thought that by allowing women to go toples we could all collectively get over the nipples thing and get on with life.
IDK, modesty really does require women to stay home. At least when they have nursing children.

I saw this Asian woman walking around the mall with her Tit out every now and then letting her baby feed off it.
My wife pulls her tit out to feed everywhere but usually covers with a blanket. No one ever sees anything. It's not that hard to cover it.
Dragging a woman to jail for breast feeding is a good way to get a mob of people burning down a police station tbh.

yeah, I am concerned with modesty
breastfeeding is legal in all 50 states I think but maybe with some extra rules involved: https://www.ncsl.org/research/health/breastfeeding-state-laws.aspx
that's a good example of some perhaps "immodesty" I didn't have in mind but which seems to be possibly legitimate public nudity
