I’ve seen this argument all over r/libertarian where people claim that someone not wearing a mask violates the NAP and puts them at risk.
To be fair, I think you should wear a mask when around older people and for those at risk, but ultimately if you chose not to then it is their choice to stay away from you.
You always have the choice to wear a mask if you want to, just because the government says you don’t have to doesn’t mean you can’t, you can still refuse service to those not wearing masks, and you can stay at home if you want.
But you don’t get to dictate what I do even if it makes you uncomfortable as long as it doesn’t violate the NAP.
Sorry for the tone, but I’m just so annoyed with all the leftist lolberts on r/libertarian that I needed to blow off some steam.
