I try to understand Torba's rants to gain some insight.

Curiously he hasn't mentioned Oddyssee, Truth Social, and most importantly ! Wolfballs !
Charlie Kirk does just seem like a "normal" neocon
but what's "normal" has been shifted among conservatives and young conservatives
Charlie Kirk for example was trolled relentlessly by groypers
which seemed to get him to cozy up to more nationalist views (but not groypers' views exactly)
plus on normie social media there's been more of a normalization of MAGA views, so CK is picking up those ones
Yeah, I can see. I think maybe TV people are not 'real' conservatives like Torba. A lot of them are just failed actors who are trying to grift off the movement by making a show and pony and telling the audience what they want to hear

To understand him on Kirk, you must understand that authentic dissident right tends to believe that anything close to mainstream conservatism is illegitimate. They are cuckservatives - people who promote really basic bitch fiscal cosnervatism and the likes while simultaneously destroying authentic conservatism that is centered around Western traditions and Christianity.
Charlie Kirk famously a few years back was touring with a black homosexual Christian with the attempt to open people up to the idea that there are good, gay Christian conservatives. The Daily Wire has pursued this angle to some degree with Dave Rubin.
I am not saying you should be upset with CK/DW for the likes of this, but Torba's criticisms are entirely legitimate.
As far as Gettr - no idea.
Rumble, maybe it is dying..? Not sure. But I just try to max my alt tech use.
Honestly, since Gab & Wolfballs are so fundamentally different in what they do, it would make sense to me to cross-promote if such a day came.

I am not against inviting gay or black or whatever to speak. But, it all seems very fake. I think "conservative" platforms do this just to get more viewers
