I wanna hear the rationale behind that. The headline is bad, so I am wondering what reason the administration actually states for implementing this. Maybe so that trans inmates feel comfortable coming out or something? Maybe a way for prisoners to go to the women's prisons if they feel like they're in the wrong body? Only God knows, and I don't think he's happy.
