Yes, it certainly makes the gov't here tread carefully with their jackboots. This reminds me of a famous quote by Japanese Imperial Navy Marshal-Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto: "You cannot invade the mainland united states. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass."
