Obviously it’s easy to kind of forget about him, what with Stroud having one of the best rookie QB seasons ever and Young’s season being kind of a trainwreck, and of course Richardson played so few snaps this year.
But I’d be curious if anyone had any thoughts on his performance when he was playing this year. Obviously he’s got to learn to fall down without breaking, but I thought for a rookie he actually looked pretty poised in the pocket and flashed some interesting off platform stuff that I wasn’t sure he’d be able to do in the NFL. And I really liked the offense that Steichen was building around him, really put him at the center of the action and utilized his insane athletic gifts well.
I’m super excited to watch him this next season if he can stay healthy, that Rams game was awesome and showed some serious killer instinct. I can see a world where he and Stroud have an awesome rivalry
What about you all?
