I am a Penn State alum living in Nebraska and just recently bought a new vehicle.
I am trying to think of a clever, 5 character max, Penn State themed, license plate to put on it and am struggling to think of good ideas…
but it got me to thinking about all the other College Football Fans out there and wondering what are some of the best y’all have or have seen and the story behind them if there is one?
