What are some plays that had absolutely no shot at a positive outcome, even if they went as planned?
My nomination is the Colts fake punt. I mean, even if they draw the Patriots offsides it’s an illegal formation to begin with. I’m glad the Colts ran the play so we can laugh about it to this day, but why would you ever do something like this?!
Any other examples of truly awful plays come to mind?
