When I started using this site about a month ago, one feature I liked about the inbox was the colorful button that shows you the comments surrounding the one you had replied to.
Within the past two weeks however, it's stopped working and shows me an error 404 instead. Is anyone else having this problem? I don't have the technical know-how to diagnose and fix it.
I think it is still working for me, but when I click it, it makes messages disappear as marked "read" instead of "unread" (which was also normal before).
The workaround I use is just to right click the title and open a new tab and find the context. Something may have changed that I noticed too, but I don't think it was the same as you're describing.

I have not seen it. If I can reproduce it I can fix it. So more details would be helpful.

If you haven't seen the issue, then I'm thinking it's on my end. Does the function rely on the user's browser cache to find the right post? Here's a brief video of the issue: https://youtu.be/2I-EeY93RYw

Ohh, that is a fediverse icon. It's been buggy since it was put it. I'm not even sure what the point of it was. It seems to be broken on other instances to.
