Granholm is worth roughly $8 million, according to Forbes. She recently served as the director of an electric car company called Proterra.
In May, she exercised stock options in the company, pocketing about $1.6 million from the transaction, according to an energy department spokesperson.

I'm not entirely sure whats going on with EVs. the tech might be superior but theyre going to cash in on it and put out spyware cars. which wont be good. but maybe alt EV projects could be (like ebikes and EVs of that nature)
it was around a century ago and about as efficient. and people argue it was suppressed. like docs like who killed the electric car.

Seems like a clear conflict of interest and she should not be involved in the decisions.
Also I think she is basically a career politician/public servant who somehow is now worth $8 million
