BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES DATED 18.03.2024

The Board of Directors met on 18.03.2024 and took the following decision.

1- Pursuant to subparagraph © of the second paragraph of Article 20 of our Charter, upon the request of the entire Board of Directors, an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held with the following agenda;

It has been decided that the meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 17.00 at Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex, Kadıköy, Istanbul, and if the required majority is not reached, the meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the same place and time, with the same agenda, without requiring a majority. .
