You don't. You cut your losses, learn for the future and spread the wisdom to family and friends to prevent them from falling prey
Its hard to get back from a pro scammer. They've already covered their tracks, and human gullibility is usually the culprit, meaning the law likely won't be able to help.

I signed up for sketchy buy-stuff-cheap clubs when I was young and stupid. Wasn't much of a scam in the grand scheme of things.
