I have requested to be the temporary Moderator of C/Christianity.

I will gladly relinquish my position upon the return of @WarmPotato or when a suitable replacement is found.

I am not suited for this position because I am firmly Catholic, and the protestant / Catholic divide can be rather vitriolic at times. However, I don't want C/Christianity to fall into the hands of an atheist with some sort axe to grind against Jesus.

I am betting that WolfBalls will grow and as the Christian Community grows having me as a moderator will be an issue.

Masterofballs is a wonderful host, but is not Christian. Asking him to choose the next Moderator is asking too much of him.

Should someone come forward, I will put it to a vote with some of the people I have come to know here.
