I asked this on r/CollegeBasketball last CBB offseason. With the CFB offseason being in full swing, feels like a good time to ask. What is your fandom story?
I’ll go first: I don’t hold a degree from Michigan. I went to undergrad at a small D3 school. But my parents met as undergrads at Michigan and stayed to raise my sister and I in the Ann Arbor area. My sister ended up going to medical school at Michigan. I was raised to bleed maize & blue. The Minnesota fandom is much newer as I just recently started here as a grad student. I got season tickets to both football and men’s basketball my first year here.
