so I was reading about conscientiousness, one of the big five personality traits
saw a lot of info suggesting this is a top trait to have, correlates with productivity, health, achievement
but also paradoxically with poverty. because conscientious people work hard, but aren't very creative or innovative necessarily, so they don't have bigger gains from creating new things.
they also tend to be conformists.
correlates with political conservativism as well.
so I was thinking mayeb this isn't as good of a trait, or it needs to be moderated
I don't think conformity or rebellion in themselves are good it just depends on the context, or conformity to God's Will is always good but that may mean rebellion against the will of worldly people
so conformity is bad for innovation and growth and resisting tyranny, good for other instances where you can take innovations to their logical conclusion and for following basic necessary moral rules in society
