I’ve also heard that the 12-team playoff is better than the BCS and the 4-team playoff for the overall health of college football.
With that being said, would an amazing season like 2007 be as revered in the eyes of college football fans if losing while having the #2 ranking meant falling to the lower half of the top 10, where you’d still be a playoff team?
