Going out on a limb here, but seems like the same logic can be applied to the 22nd amendment (2 term limit) if it was challenged.
Yes, and the age 35 rule, and the citizen by birth rule.
The Republican court doesn’t care what the Constition says; only that the results are politically convenient for them
