it's not uncommon for me to drink 6 gallons of raw milk a week. I also eat two pounds of beef a day. I feed my toddler as much milk as he will take but also lots of beef which is loaded with iron. The problem isn't to much milk it's to little meat. I bet they are feeding their kids cereal that has the plant form of iron the body can't absorb.
