      • For PSU theyre games Like Pitt, WVU, Syracuse
      • For WVU theyre games like Maryland, Pitt, VT, PSU, Syracuse, Louisville
      • think match ups like UGA GT, Louisville UK, Ohio St Cinci, etc
  • Non local p4
    • Random Games against random p4 programs who also demand home and homes
      • For WVU theyre games like NCst(18*-19) or Mizzou(2016 & 2019)
      • For PSU theyre games like Alabama(10-11) or Auburn(21-22)
      • think the Infamous Georgia Oklahoma games
  • Neutral site games
    • where venues like the Bank of America stadium or the Georgia Dome or jerry’s world have early season tv matchups between p4 teams
  • Go5
    • Local games against group of 5 teams who can command 3 home games for 1 road game
      • For WVU its ECU, Marshal, OhioU
      • For PSU its Temple
      • think UNC App st, or Alabama South Florida, or Michigan Uconn
  • Cupcakes- fcs cupcakes wear you pay them to get beat at your home
    • Think Alabama vs the Citadel

edit - This has been made because this year is the first year since 1992 Penn st will be playing in Morgantown WV, 32 years for teams that ostensibly are/used to be rivals. and it seems penn st has done their best to maximize cupcakes and Temple and limit local p4 games, out of 90+ ooc since joining the big 10, 10-13* have been against Pitt/Syracuse/WVU
