Looking at my flair I’m more inclined to the Track and Field Championships
I know using the word successfully might shy some people away but bias aside. So many people look forward to these tournaments. The athletes all have a fair chance of getting there. Hell, it’s gotten to a point now where CBB fans aren’t even shocked by upsets. It’s just a normal day for that fandom. Omaha has turned into something great. And the FCS fans are like Android to our iPhone. They’ve had this feature already.
Football is king in this country. Money moves mountains and those with the power went to keep it. However, there definitely should’ve been some checks and balances when it came to schools leaving and shifting all because of football. In my opinion, whether you like the entity or not, they should’ve had the keys from day one. Every other sport is thriving and has TV deals, brands, etc.
Also, the threats would actually matter. Teams would take vacated wins seriously. Certain teams couldn’t claim 10 obscure years of championships that involved high school teams.
