  does anyone remember JBP had a project where he was going to start a college alternative online?

    He had a bunch of stuff - Life planning course, writing course, the Online college thing was explained as a p2p kind of system to iteratively improve the course. This was the plan before the 2 year Benzo sickness. No idea if he still plans to work on that.

    Keep in mind, almost everything he made, he has opened to the public, mostly for free - hundreds of hours of lectures from his University courses for example. Its entirely conceivable that his Chancellorship at the University might be a way in which he makes more Degree programs and courses available online.

    In any case, his specialisation is liberal arts, psychology and evolutionary biology. Those are the topics he has published papers on. So, I wouldn't expect him to make online courses in other fields anyhow.
