As a result of the franchise tagging of Higgins, the Bengals are paying QB and WR a combined 25.5% of their 2024 cap. This isn’t actually that high though, last year’s broncos, 2022 Commanders, 2020 Colts, 2019 Vikings were all higher. Of course, maybe the Bengals will make some additions to WR in FA or the draft.
