TV 'vote counts' mean nothing, they are not verified. The total wasn't from the Ministry of Interior, rather the TV show had taken results for each region from the Ministry and summed it themselves... they later apologised for duplicate counting. Anyway the only tally that mattered was from the Ministry of Interior
