I would say Ohio State Notre Dame is like this. Both fanbases seem to hate each other and I grew up absolutely hating Notre Dame. Part of this is because I grew up in NY where every cfb fan roots for notre dame, but with the back to back series we had it seems like both teams and fanbases hate each other a lot.
