I was recently alerted by someone that a copy of my software was going to be put up on steam by another person (see here). The game is going to be released under the title “Tempo Cube”, and is set to release in Q1 2024. This seems mostly fine according the GPL3 license which the software is under. However, I highly doubt that the source code will be provided in an easy to access way, if at all.

The source appears to be modified as the 4th image has the “orange trail”, which is a new feature that is not in the base game.

What would be a a violation of the GPL3 license in this instance? and what can I do about a license violation if the updated source code is not included with the software?
