Reasons I still don't care about Ukraine

Governement isn't even that old. Used to be Russia
Why did we try to make them NATO? If Russia did that to mexico I would expect us to bomb Mexico. If we did that to Taiwan I would expect China to bomb Taiwan.
Biden's son, a known crack head and Pedo had a high paying job there without experience in the field. Clearly a corrupt place.
Ukraine phone call tried to entrap Trump.
News keep pushing it like I should care. Right after they pushed fake medicine for a fake disease.
We should just take Ukrainian refugees. Better than all the other "refugees" we keep taking in.
If Ukraine becomes part of Russia, how does that effect America?
I have zero family there. One Russian coworker with family there. He's sad, I feel for him. But maybe Ukraine should just give up. Why are they trying to fight a super power?

Some people might be mad at this. Thats ok. I don't care to talk about Ukraine all day except to say I don't care about Ukraine for the most part. It's ok if you care about Ukraine. I just can't bring myself to give a single fuck. It's not worth gas going up even 1 cent.

Reasons you should care about 'others caring about Ukraine':

A lot of misguided people are pushing for war. Its 10x worse than Covid hysteria.

US gave billions in weapons to extremists in Afghanistan to fight Russians. Those extremists did 9/11. Now, US is giving billions in weapons to extremists in Ukraine to fight Russians.

Nobody is talking about a peace settlement. Russia offered one weeks ago. Why is there no pressure to find peace, rather than beat Putin into submission ?

    Weapons to Syrian rebels and Iraq ended up with ISIS

the warhawks are clearly trying to stir up war, non-interventionism is a good move here but basically allows Putin to capture Ukraine. But it's probably inevitable without this turning jnto a wider conflict (which is what the warhawks are trying to make it in to). our "aid" to ukraine seems to be merely increasing the duration of the "military operation" and casulties on both sides, only angering Putin (who it seems will otherwise still end up capturing Ukraine).

It is good to not care about these things especially when the call is to make everybody so emotionally invested in this kind of narrative to control people.

Even when I agree with the things being said by the government and the news, I certainly see no point in echoing their sentiment or going to bat for it.

Good men seldom travel in groups... and they never travel in mobs.

Russia has revealed it's the new Soviet Union. Fight it now, or fight it later, and it makes sense to have the tanks a few hundred km further from the German border, unless you like ww3 idk.
