Is Gab "Dissenter" Project Still Active or Is There Something Else Like It?

If I understood it correctly, it would let you comment on sites witgout habing to register on that site.

Kind of like a comment section for any website.

I know Dissenter still exists but is it used? Anything else exist similar to it?
