Comment on Request to mod syria

  I don’t appear to be able to drop as a moderator from my aussie.zone account. The option is not at the top of the sidebar in the community. I only see Delete, which I assume deletes the community.

  I see the ‘Leave as mod’ option at the top of the sidebar from my lw alt account. The lw alt account is also unable to ‘Remove as mod’ my aussie.zone account. Perhaps I’m missing some obvious way to drop my az account as mod. Sorry for the fuss.

  I think there is still some residual federation sync issues between az and lw. For example a post I made from my lw alt to the community is still not visible to my az account after five days (I expect it to be visible in a couple of days which was the length of the delay in the past before recent lemmy activity scheduling improvements). If it’s possible to promote the lw alt to community owner it might make administering the community more manageable should more folks start posting or commenting.
