This was hard to read. I hope she gets all her money back. They threw away her dead parents ashes and destroyed her house.
They should be made to re build an exact replica of her old house exactly where it was destroyed.

Best case is she will win a payout for the damage/suffering + legal fees. Hopefully the punitive damages are big enough to let her live in comfort.
That being said, the money will come from the fucking taxpayer, not the asshats who are actually responsible. I hope they rot in hell

Yeah, maybe the state could sue the person responsible for making the error if it turns out to be that they did it intentionally.

When has that ever happened ? This happened because people didn't pay attention at local level either voting or running themselves.
People don't realise how important it is, till things start going horribly wrong. Hopefully, press/social media can expose the people responsible and they get kicked out.
