themeatbridge@lemmy.world 6 days agoComic book Kraven had powers on par with Black Panther, from drinking the Calypso Serum that was retconned to be made from the heart-shaped herb. I haven’t seen it yet, but they probably changed it to avoid using anything Disney owns.

Makes sense. I just didn’t like how the girl just happened to find Kraven getting eaten by the Lion and she’s just like “here try this mystery liquid my crazy grandma just gave me” and that’s how he gets powers.
