Not likely, as that would be a complex undertaking and require such a increase in compute resources that volunteer instances would be priced out and forced monetization features would be needed to keep the system alfoat.

That’s all right mate. People don’t realise the complexity of video and the resources it takes to mass stream or broadcast.
