Nice shave. Still auditioning this knot for this handle. I’m quite torn. It’s a nice knot, but ultimately I do love using synths most of the time. I have some “nice” badger knots and I hardly eve use them, so no point in adding another nice one.

This one is a close second. It’s softer and has less character, but I still love it apshaveco.com/…/24mm-synbad-fan-synthetic-knot
I also have a Stirling “2-band” synthetic that lives in my suitcase which is enjoyable.

That favourite of yours is in my Chisel and Hound maple wood handle and was my favourite for a long time too.
