He is not banning you though, which considering that its his personal site, he could do anytime.
If you dislike it, I heard he is providing instructions on how to set up your own instance.

I would like all the feds to post in their own instance. Maybe use a tikitorch as the main site icon. I'll happily setup a instance for fed posters to make themselves look bad
