I wonder if it’s going to go for the “how does the survivor deal with what happened to them and try to live a normal life” angle. I’ve always wanted a movie like that.

They’ve obviously got a great angle on this from Joe Hill and, as there are two dead characters in the cast list, with a large piece of the “lore” being the ability to see dead people (I consider this a semi-official version of The Shine) I’d imagine that will be a key part of the story. He just wants to move on, study, date, see his friends, etc and yet…
