I get this all the time at work.
“I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR CALLING HMRC!! YOU SAID IT WAS FREE!”
“Yes, it’s free if you use 0300 200 3300. You searched on Google and blindly chose a redirect instead of the official government site. Not my fucking fault”
