The APAN website seems to have better info. I saw that website before but got confused. There are many websites and it’s hard to tell what’s more “official”.

Regarding posting here, I don’t have the energy for that. I learned a lot from the last post, but it’s very exhausting when I have a polemic opinion and I get a bunch of people against me.
