This is wild. Does the IDF have the capability of making a person’s cell phone explode? Are they able to hack the power management or something? Is almost everyone on earth carrying a bomb? WTF.

My guess is that they figured out that Hezbollah was ordering new encrypted pagers for everybody, and modified the devices to include explosives and a mechanism to remotely detonate them.
