I don’t think it’s going to change anything. Microsoft has been releasing windows every 3 years for a while.

• 1992 - windows 3.11
• 1995 - windows 95
• 1998 - windows 98
• 2001 - windows XP
• 2006 - windows Vista (bigger gap due to vista’s development being reset due to feature creep)
• 2009 - windows 7
• 2012 - windows 8
• 2015 - windows 10
• 2021 - windows 11
