Comment on Why does the USA have so few legal protections for ordinary people, and how can we change that?
Got_Bent@lemmy.world 4 weeks agoI’d wager that his lease has a mandatory arbitration clause that requires him to pay to front then try to get it back via arbitors chosen by the landlord.
