As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, nothing wrong with that, but litigation won’t have an outcome before the election. It’s important to take other actions which will have an impact now.

  Prominently and visibly endorse Harris
  
  Show up at a high-profile event like the Democratic convention to endorse Harris
