Comment on Huw Edwards charged with making indecent images of children
Emperor@feddit.uk 1 month agoIt’s mainly the climate change denial that annoys me as a lot of kids got their love of science and maths from him. However, I find the complaining about CRB checks to be a concern - I can’t see any reason why he’d object to them.

The main pain with CRB checks is having to go through it for every thing. You can’t just apply once and get the certificate and I don’t think the organisation your applying from makes a material difference to the checks that are done.
