Comment on Can the commies on lemmy see my post here
masterofballs@wolfballs.com 2 years agoWe've actually accomplished a lot here. I figured the users would wax and wane but steadily grow over a few years.
We just need to catch a big wave of users from somewhere
If you really look at participation on other platforms we are more than or close to most. Total user sign ups dont really count. Just daily posters.
Scored/communities is pretty bare for most communities except patriots.win . Which imo is the only one worth going to there.
I think just having a stable open minded forum open for a long time will steadily attract more and more.
The competitors ban everyone so all we have to do is try not to ban people.

I wonder who ate people signing up but not posting or commenting, are they just browsing?

99% of your users will be readers/lurkers. Nothing wrong with it, since they keep people like us typing insane stuff into the internet to amuse people.

Doing good here, how goes there? Just writing about commies and causing problems across the internet. It's what I do.

Yeah, because when you leave Reddit, its a jungle of alt tech, and I too signed up for several, but never did anything on them. On Wolfballs, I too waited for some time before making my first post. Its natural.
