There was none before Trump’s win in 2016.

Not in my experience... it was just less blatant.

I think the huge anti-war movement showed what Americans thought.

Or some of them, anyway.

I shouldn’t say Biden is behind censorship. He is a part of the larger agenda.

Really ? I thought that before 2016, you could post whatever lies you wanted and no one checked. I first heard 'Fact checking' during the 3rd Obama Romney debate in 2012, and online fact checkers by 2016 election. Fbook and others didn't rely on 'fact checking' before that.

Or some of them, anyway. I think if war had popular support, politicians wouldn't need to lie all the time. I still think WWII and post 9/11 Afgh were the only times people were actually willing.
