Comment on Melbourne's $13 billion toll road cash cow – How drivers are about to cough up even more

It’d be great if drivers actually had to pay for the infrastructure they hog. Asking $13bn from them for use of half the land in Melbourne is like asking someone for 50 cents rent per month for the entire MCG.
