    Ok. Obviously, I know that the Zenith knot was 31mm. Makes sense that you would get as close to that as you could. My largest badger knot is my 29mm Thäter. If I reverse-sort my most-used badger brushes, the top 5 are 27mm and above. I love that cloud-like feel.

      I haven’t tried small badgers yet. My Zenith Manchurian is the smallest with 27mm, but I have bought a 24mm B3 recently that’s still sitting with a reshipper in the US. I’m curious to see what difference it’ll make

        The height that you set the knot makes a real difference. My Elite Razor brush (shown here has a 24mm HMW badger knot that has the splay and feel of my Thäter (29mm). The Chisel&Hound Fanchurian knots are all 26mm and Rob sets them so they splay well and have that cloud-like feel.
