Nah, I honestly did find this in an ad from one of those shitty Chinese crap sites and had no idea what it was because the text, as it usually does, only said “make great deals 80% off”, omitting the low quality and generally crappy working conditions of the poor saps producing the shit.

I just thought it would be a curious shitpost because the contraption made no sense to me. I’m guessing the commenter above did a reverse image search.
